Properties Advertised Elsewhere
A property may be advertised on any publicly accessible property website, including a website operated by another estate agency.
Successful Completion Required
The gift becomes due after the property purchase has legally completed and the full purchase price and all amounts due to the Agency have been paid.
The Gift
Each qualifying completed property purchase entitles the eligible buyer to one brand-new Vespa 125cc, base model. Additional extras for the vehicle must be purchased seperately. The colour and specification are subject to availability.
Delivery and Registration
Subject to availability of the colour of your choice, the Vespa will be made available immediately after completion of the property purchase. We advise early discussions with the authorised local Vespa dealership. We will cover all registration costs; you only need to provide your insurance.
